The product contracting procedure is carried out completely electronically through the website www.thermion.eu, having the same validity as a signature in person.

Right of withdrawal

Notwithstanding the applicable legal guarantees, we remind you that you must inform us of any incident within 48 business hours of receiving the order. Incidents will always be resolved by writing. After the stipulated period, we are not responsible for the incident or return.
All the clauses or ends of this contract must be interpreted independently and autonomously, the rest of the stipulations not being affected in the event that one of them has been declared NULL by a final court ruling. The contracting parties agree to replace the clause or clauses affected by other or others that preserve the effects pursued by the parties.
Triode Electronic Engineering S.L. is not responsible for the non-execution of these conditions in the event of force majeure, as defined by the Spanish courts, and in the events of client’s fault or an unforeseeable event on the part of a person outside the contract. For any divergence caused by the breach of the purchase-sale conditions, the two parties will expressly submit to the courts of Albacete, except for what is established in the consumer regulations, waiving theirs if it were otherwise.
Triode Electronic Engineering S.L. is not responsible for the consequences that may result from an inappropriate use of the products sold on its website.
You also have the possibility, if you have problems with products or services purchased online, to use the EU online dispute resolution platform to submit a claim that will be resolved by an independent dispute resolution body.
