PowerDrive is a compact overdrive designed to cover everything from a classic, mid present push to a tighter and more aggressive drive. Its approach combines a clear, articulate boost, meant to push your amplifier without losing definition, with a more aggressive, grainier character when you need extra saturation and presence, while keeping a musical and controllable response.
Equipped with two modes, Classic and Modern, it offers a range of sounds that goes from a balanced, dynamic overdrive to a higher gain, more driven saturation with a firmer and more modern character. Its active tone control lets you adjust brightness and presence while keeping the body of the signal, helping the overdrive sit well in any mix.
Its 100% analog circuit and intuitive controls make dialing in sounds quick and easy, adapting smoothly to different guitars and amplifiers. PowerDrive responds naturally to pick dynamics and your guitar volume, letting you move from a mild overdrive to a denser, more sustained sound.
Hand built in Spain as part of the PowerBolt series, PowerDrive combines a compact format, robust construction, and a versatile voicing designed for a wide variety of styles and setups.
